Hi! I’m Philip, a psychology master’s student at Karolinska Institutet. I’m passionate about personal development and combining my knowledge of psychology with my experience in research and leadership to support you in finding your own path forward. As a psychology student at Karolinska Institutet, I offer personal development coaching based on psychological research. Together, we focus on building self-awareness, setting meaningful goals, and creating lasting behavior changes. I have experience supporting clients with social anxiety, low self-esteem, ADD, and ADHD. But coaching isn’t only for those facing challenges - it’s also for anyone looking to explore their potential and take the next step in their personal growth.
